Shipping Policy
Free shipping, everywhere in India
Every order ships free, on every pin code we serve. No minimum.
When your order leaves us
Pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days from our unit in Hyderabad. We cut in small batches, and a piece is checked, pressed, and packed by hand before it goes — that's what those days are for.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4pm are picked up the next working day.
During a new drop or a sale, dispatch can take a couple of days longer. We'll say so on the site when that's the case.
How long delivery takes
Counted from dispatch, not from when you ordered:

These are our courier partners' estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals, and local disruptions stretch them, and we can't shorten them from here.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your parcel is picked up. Give it 24 hours to start showing movement. If it hasn't moved in three working days, write to us and we'll chase the courier ourselves.
Cash on delivery
Available on most pin codes — the checkout will tell you if yours is covered. Please keep the exact amount ready, and check the parcel is sealed before you pay.
If delivery fails
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody's available, or the address or phone number is wrong, the parcel comes back to us. We'll reach out to arrange a re-dispatch. For prepaid orders we'll refund in full, less the actual return freight, if you'd rather not.
Please make sure your address includes a landmark and a phone number that's reachable during the day.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives torn, wet, or already opened, refuse it if you can — and either way, photograph it and message us the same day. We'll replace the order.
International orders
We ship within India only for now. If you're outside India and want a piece, WhatsApp us on [+91 XXXXX XXXXX] — we'll work something out where we can, with shipping and any customs duties on your account.
